This policy explains how information is handled on worldwebsitepros.com, the international gateway that directs visitors to regional Website Pros studios. This gateway is operated by Custom Access Programmers LLC.
Information collected through contact and request forms
This gateway page does not host a contact form, request form, quote form, account sign-up, newsletter sign-up or payment process, so no name, email address, telephone number, company detail or message is collected here.
When you choose a region, you leave this gateway for a regional Website Pros website. If you submit an enquiry there, that information is collected and handled by that regional site under its own privacy terms. Please review the privacy policy of the regional site before submitting details to it.
How information is used
The limited information this gateway works with is used only to present the site correctly and to make your next visit smoother:
- your selected language, so the page appears in that language again;
- your selected region, so the regional studio you chose is highlighted on your next visit;
- an approximate region indication, used only to suggest which regional studio may be closest to you.
A regional suggestion is never acted on automatically. You are never redirected without selecting a destination yourself, and your own selection always overrides any suggestion.
Approximate location and international visitors
To suggest a nearby studio, the gateway reads an approximate country and, where available, state or region indication supplied by the hosting network that delivers this page. Only those short codes are used. The gateway does not request device location or GPS access, does not use a paid location lookup service, and does not store your IP address.
This website is intended for an international audience, and the page is served from hosting infrastructure that may process requests in countries other than your own. By using the site you understand that your request is handled in that manner. If a regional Website Pros studio later processes an enquiry from you, that studio's own terms apply to it.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This gateway does not set advertising cookies, does not run an analytics or tracking product, and does not use third-party advertising or social tracking pixels.
Your language and region selections are kept in your own browser's local storage on your device, not in a profile held about you. Clearing your browser's site data for this website removes them. If you browse in a private window, they simply are not remembered.
Service providers
Delivering this website relies on hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. Those providers process the technical request information needed to serve a web page, such as the address requested and standard connection details recorded in ordinary server logs. They act as our providers for the purpose of delivering the site, and this gateway does not sell or rent visitor information to anyone.
Data retention
Because the gateway keeps no enquiry records, there is no customer database associated with this page. Your language and region selections remain in your browser until you change them or clear your browser's site data. Technical records held by hosting and delivery providers are retained by them for their own limited operational periods.
Data security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the gateway holds no enquiry or payment information that could be exposed from it. No method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please take care with the information you send to any website.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. You can exercise the most direct control over what this gateway stores yourself, by changing your language or region selection or clearing your browser's site data for this website.
If a regional Website Pros studio holds information you submitted to it, direct your request to that studio, since it holds the records.
Privacy enquiries
For a privacy question about this gateway, or to raise a request relating to a regional studio, please use the contact or request form on the regional Website Pros website you were directed to. Those forms reach Custom Access Programmers LLC, which operates this gateway.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the network of regional studios grows or as the website changes. The date shown above indicates when it was last revised.
